We receive and handle reports on Unethical Behavior by POSCO E&C employees. All reports are handled in a private manner.

○ Behaviors to Report

  • 1. Any Sexual Harassing Acts that may arouse sexual humiliation, in/outside of workplace
  •       - ex) Sexual demand, unnecessary physical contact(touching), comments on appearance etc.
  • 2. Abuse of authority such as physical / verbal abuse, constant bullying etc.
  • 3. Embezzlement and theft including unjust use of corporate assets
  • 4. Spin Control such as distortion of figures and false documents
  • 5. Money and valuable acceptance
  • 6. Other violation of POSCO E&C code of ethics

    Please agree to the collection and use of personal information to check the consultation details and
    provide the results.
  • 2. Items of Personal Information for Collection
    - Mandatory: phone number, e-mail, password
  • 3. The Period of retaining and utilizing personal information is 1 years after the reporting of data subjects.
  • 4. The information provider has the right to disagree to the terms, but in that case, reporting service shall not be provided.
